Vegan Chocolate Mousse

Vegan Chocolate Mousse

This chocolate mousse is deliciously rich and chocolaty.


  • 100g Dark chocolate
  • 1 packet Silken tofu (350gr)
  • 1+ 1/2 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Cocoa powder
  • splash Rice milk (or your favourite milk)


Melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie or microwave if your prefer. Then put aside for a few minutes to cool down.
In the meantime, put the silken tofu, maple syrup and cocoa powder in a blender and blend until smooth. A hand blender works fine for this as well.
Add the melted chocolate and blend again. Add a splash of milk if too thick and pour into 6 small dishes then place in the fridge for about 3 hours. Now all you need to do is wait a bit before you can enjoy it.
