Vegan Chocolate Mousse
This chocolate mousse is deliciously rich and chocolaty.
- 100g Dark chocolate
- 1 packet Silken tofu (350gr)
- 1+ 1/2 tablespoon Maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon Cocoa powder
- splash Rice milk (or your favourite milk)
|Melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie or microwave if your prefer. Then put aside for a few minutes to cool down. |
|In the meantime, put the silken tofu, maple syrup and cocoa powder in a blender and blend until smooth. A hand blender works fine for this as well. |
Add the melted chocolate and blend again. Add a splash of milk if too thick and pour into 6 small dishes then place in the fridge for about 3 hours. Now all you need to do is wait a bit before you can enjoy it.
